  If I could give a zero I would...the greeter is rude and nasty. The orders are wrong and it took forever to get the food and it wasn't hot.

  Available tables, but service too slow to accommodate more people. Greeter/Hostess wasn't the warmest, but the servers themselves were very pleasant, so good marks there. Food came out slow, including chips. Ordered a Long Island Ice Teas for both my wife and myself and it took about 15 minutes to receive. They​ looked very pale with no hint of brown and tasted like a giant shot of pure alcohol. I'm pretty sure i would have been utterly incapacitated if i had attempted to drink the whole thing. Since we didn't drink them they didn't add them to our final bill. More points to the service for that. They were really apologetic and understanding. The rest of our food was as to be expected.

  Slow service, tables available but cannot seat people on a timely manner. +40minute wait with half the restaurant unoccupied.
  Top it all off.
  MUST GIVE phone number just to get a text to get a table..?
  Not calling names anymore?
  Not gonna patronize them anymore. Not willing to give out my private information to a place where it is not necessary to do so.
  Have always liked eating at Chili's but perhaps never again.
