- 1 / 5By Paula LawrencePoor Management, incompetent staff, and slow kitchen! Arrived at 6pm told 45 minutes for table. Only to then be told 50 minutes later, they did not note that we had a wheelchair in our party and wanted to know if a high top table would work. Ugh no! Then we were told it would be another 30 minutes, asked for a manager that never came. The hosts asked another party to move to seat us. Then it took 2 more hours for hors d'oeuvres which came out with our meal. Then the Manager did not comp them until we asked! I will be contacting corporate tomorrow because I should not have to drive to the north side of town for good service!December 16, 2016
